Rules & Regulations:

 

Teams must have 3-5 players who have been checked in by event staff prior to the start of the game.

Game Play:

-Teams must be wearing same color shirts (or close to same color).

-First team to 21 points (must win by 2) or high score after 15 minutes has lapsed

-In case of a tie at the end of 15 minute period, a coin will be flipped to see who will have possession. 4 mins will be added to finish the game. If game is still tied there will be a coin flip for possession and first point wins. 

-Every time the ball is brought in bounds, the ball must be "checked" at the top of the key

-Points will be scored in increments of 1 or 2. 

-The ball must be cleared out past the three point line on every change of possession.

-The refs are volunteers and some may be high school players, any confrontation will be an immediate
disqualification.

-Remember this is a fundraiser and not a try out for the Golden State Warriors.

-If there is a foul, the ball will be taken out on top of the key. If there is a foul on the shot. One free throw shot will be given. If the player makes the basket on a fouled shot, that team will get one point. Time does not stop.

A complete packet of rules and regulations will be given to each player at the check in table on June 9th .

 

This is a family event. No profanity or abusive behavior toward officials, tournament administrators, or each other will be tolerated from players or fans. Players/fans violating this rule will be ejected for the duration of the tournament. Unruly fans or players behavior may also result in games being stopped and potential forfeit if deemed necessary. If a fan or parent is ejected from the tournament, the player or child associated with the fan or parent will be ejected as well for the duration of the tournament. If an entire team is ejected, there will be no refund of tournament entry fees.
